Hot Yoga


Our Hot Yoga classes are held in a heated environment (90-100 degrees) to help loosen muscles and increase the workout. Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Poses are held for a specific number of breaths before moving on to the next pose. Vinyasa also refers to the movements or series of movements done between each pose in the series. Perfect body alignment is not emphasized, however, corrections and/or modifications will be offered during class as needed



Our Barre classes are uniquely based on the elements of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, and Athletic conditioning that consist of high energy, low impact,  fat burning exercises.  The ballet Barre is a fabulous prop designed to support the body in both static and dynamic movements leading to long, lean muscles. Our Barre classes also incorporate small hands weights and Pilates stability balls. All movement is controlled and very focused, as well as effective and safe for all ages and body types. 

Hot Pilates


Our Heated Pilates classes offer the same great, low impact workout of a normal Pilates class but in a heated (85-90 degree) environment. Hot Pilates creates long lean mus­cle mass, burns fat, and increases fit­ness lev­els. It cre­ates a stronger core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. It is per­formed on a yoga mat mak­ing it zero impact, pro­tect­ing your joints and mus­cles from the pound­ing of other exer­cises like run­ning and jumping. Small hand weights, Pilates ball and Thera Bands are frequently used accessories.
